She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Palmer and Kathleen Lensvelt Palmer. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Porter of Mansfield and Ryan Porter of Wooster; and her siblings, Hugh Palmer (Rita) of Wooster, Deborah Fox (James Gieseke) and Kathy Keener (Brett) of Wooster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
