She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Desatnik and Mary Desatnik (Hetman); her son Joseph; and her siblings, John, Don, Pat, Angela and Antoinette.

She is survived by: her husband Karl Mireiter; her sons, Karl (Rachel), Paul (Cindy) and Michael (Laurie Mireiter); her grandchildren, Kyle, Emily, Mikey and Maverick; and her sisters, Delores, Jeanette, Gerry, Dianne, Linda and Shirley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
