He is survived by: his wife Cheryl D. Craft; his children, Cecil Barthalow, II of Newcomerstown, Kevin Barthalow (Stacii) of Wooster, Nickoma "Nick" Barthalow (Heather) of East Sparta and Natosha Barthalow (Tyler Wiles) of Polk, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nioka and Braiden Barthalow of Wooster, Ohio; and his siblings, Charles Barthalow (Gay) of Caldwell, Robert Barthalow of Newcomerstown, Bruce Barthalow (Elise) of Dover, Ohio, Cindy Wise (Mick) of Coshocton, Charlene Opphile of Newcomerstown, Ohio and Joyce Barthalow of Newcomerstown, Ohio. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
