He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Mullins and Lucy Rhodes Mullins; and his siblings, Lewis Mullins, Lillian Matheney, Mavis Mullins, Shirley Moore and Lucille Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Whitman Mullins; his children, Michael Mullins, Michelle Berry (Ben), Steven Mullins (Phyllis), David Mullins, Cheryl Goebel, Tammy Jobes (Mark), Jeffrey Mullins (Rhonda), Cathy Newman (Bob) and Teresa Fiscus (Ray); his grandchildren, Tyler Berry (Amber), Austin Berry (Madison Marcie), Nicholas Berry (Brooklyn), Alexis Mullins, Brenna Mullins, Olivia Mullins and Madelyn Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Berry, Eliana Berry and John Myers Berry.
