She is survived by: her children, Bradley Smith (Carol) of Columbus, Brent Smith of Big Prairie, Michelle Bowman (Jamie) of Wooster and Rachel Iannarelli of Wooster; her grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Amber, Samus, Kelli, Raymond and Addy; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Landon and Emery; and her siblings, Fred, Robert Hosfeld, Delores Frank, Linda Tyler, Claudia Eberts and Jacinta Larsen.
