We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2022, at the age of 49, Brian David Blevins in Wooster, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean (Conn) and George William Blevins. He is survived by: his daughters, Brianne, Isabelle and Michaela Blevins; his brothers, James W. Blevins (Kimberly) and Michael E. Blevins (Libby); his nieces and nephews, James G. Blevins (Lindsay), Ashley, Casey, Mason and Nick Blevins; his great-nephews, Colton, Axton Blevins and Bryson Stoots; the mother of his children Rasan Leathers; his cousins, Johnny Blevins and Vickie Blevins; his aunt Shirley Blevins; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Sue Leathers; and his close friends, Mike "Riguez" Rodriguez, Chris Beam, Dave Roberts and Tim VanCura. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
