She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cyrus and Dorothy Cyrus (Booth); her husband Garry George Hageman; and her siblings, Charles Cyrus, Kathern Starn and Ilene Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Followay (Mark) of Creston and Garry L Hageman (Melissa) of Wadsworth; her grandchildren, Shane Followay of Creston and Jaret Followay (Hannah) of Wooster; her great grandchild Raegan; and her siblings, Flora Starr (Mike) of Shreve, Carlos Cyrus (Pam) of Wayne and W. Va.
