She was predeceased by: her parents, Jobe Barnhart and Mary Barnhart (Watson); her husband Rev. Frank O. Blackwell, Sr.; and her daughter Sandra Ewing. She is survived by: her children, Frank Blackwell (LuAnne) of Tioga Center, NY, Joyce Speicher (Wes) of Wooster and David Blackwell of Butler; and her son-in-law Bill Ewing of Indian Land, SC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
