He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Evans and Helen Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his stepchildren, Ken Becker (Amanda) and Kathy Smith (Mike); his son Brian Evans (Rachel); and his friend Tony Breeden.
