He was predeceased by: his father Vindel Haven; and his brothers, John Haven and Tom Haven. He is survived by: his wife Carol Burkholder; his sons, Darrell Haven (Wendy) of Wooster and Dan Haven of Wake Forest; his grandchildren, Makenna Rivera (Jashubi) and Gage Haven; his great grandchild Emanuel Rivera; his brother Bobby Haven of Fredericksburg; and his sisters-in-law, Bev Haven (John) and Carol Haven (Tom).
