She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Coy and Grace E. Coy (Hebler). She is survived by: her children, Scott Smith (Amanda) of Temperance, MI and Jennifer Smith of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Parker, Paige and Preston Smith; and her siblings, Ed Coy (Diane) of Columbus, OH and Janet Coy-Schonsheck (Jonathon) of Syracuse, NY.. She is also survived by her husband, her son, daughter and the grandchildren.
