He was predeceased by: his parents, Achilles Baumer and Verna Baumer (Neihousmyer); and his sister Faye Carl (Burner). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rudolph; and his children, Rhonda Oliver (Roger), Jim Baumer, Amy Price (Todd) and Jennifer McQuate (Seth).
