He is survived by: his parents, Robert Chavez and Monica Chavez (Gonzales); and his siblings, Hope Gutierrez (Dave) of Elmore, OH, Grace Chavez of Elmore, OH and Leonel Macias (Carlos Ramirez) of San Antonio, TX.
