She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Maddy and Evelyn Maddy (Mericle); her former husband Gary Zajac; and her sister Pat Hoellrich. She is survived by: her husband David Liskai; her children, Erin Stager (Ryan) of Oregon, OH, Steven Zajac (Amy) of Curtice and Sara Nowak (Joe) of Woodville; her stepchildren, Stephanie Weiker (David) of Perrysburg and Michael Liskai (Cathy) of Waterville; her grandchildren, Evelyn, Austin, Jaden, Scarlett, Oliver, Ty and Ellis; her stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Hannah, Adam, Matthew and Emily; and her siblings, Jamie Mackey (Rich), Virginia Greunke (Gary), Barb Ahle (Al) and Glenn Maddy Jr..
Due to health concerns, the family requests that all guests please wear a face mask when attending the visitation or the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to Solomon Lutheran Church.
