It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernadette L. Riffle of Woodville, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Bernadette may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bernadette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo F. Peiffer and Pearl Peiffer (Decker); and her husband Norman James Riffle Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Norman Riffle Jr. (Eleanor) of Millbury, John Riffle of Mississippi, Julie Leiter (Gary) of Genoa and Joe Riffle (Marissa) of Woodville; and her siblings, George Peiffer, Bill Peiffer and Barb Fowler (Doug) of Genoa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church or The Cherry Street Mission.
