With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene J. Wilbarger of Woodville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene J. Wilbarger to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph L. Horen and Dora L. Horen (Ball); and her siblings, Robert, Richard, Ralph, Donald, Howard Horen, Ruth Westmeyer, Wilma Riddle and Leona Ryan.

She is survived by: her husband David O. Wilbarger Sr.; her children, Brenda Chambers (Scott), David Wilbarger Jr. (Toni) of Curtice and Jeff Wilbarger (Diana) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Ryan Chambers (Hollis), Lindsey Melden (Sam), Branden Wilbarger and Sean Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Norah, Aliyah and Joanna.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial take the form of contribution to: Solomon Lutheran Church (Stephen Ministry).
