She is survived by: her parents, Sonny Adams and Jessie Adams (Pennington); and her children, Joyce Cauley (Don), Gary Pack (Angie), Glenn Pack (Cheryl), David Clark (Misuk), Jeff Clark and Ray Pack (Rosie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
