He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hampton and Lucy Wyatt (Brown); his son Paul A Foor; his siblings, Betty Lou Fish, Dennis Wyatt, Lewis Wyatt and Tommy Wyatt; his grandson Christian Wyatt Foor; his great grandchild Charles Lucas Foor; and his great great grandchild Robert Paul Foley.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Wyatt (Moore-Foor); his children, Barbara J. Foor (Bob), Debra Siders (Floyd), Sandy Gall, Brandy Wyatt, Katie Wyatt, Whitney Wyatt, James "Jimmy" Wyatt Jr., David Wyatt (Libby), Charles and Bill Foor; his siblings, Mildred Dombrosky, Ella Mae Maynard, Joyce Ann Tucker, Alice Bradley and Wade Wyatt Jr. (Becky); and his grandson Isaiah James Wyatt. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
