He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clevenger and Eva Clevenger (Bulen); his wife Donna Clevenger; his son Michael Clevenger; and his siblings, Donald Clevenger and Wilma Clevenger.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Worelein (Larry) of Gallion, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shawn Worelein and Jason Worelein; his great grandchildren, Courtney, Kenny and Sydney Worelein; and his cousin Robert Clevenger (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
