She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Bailey and Thelma Bailey (Parker); her husband Lester V. Rutan; her son Paul Rutan; her brother Paul Bailey; and her cousin Thelma Maire Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Rutan (Sandy) and Larisa Peterman (Bob); her daughter-in-law Linda K. Rutan; her grandchildren, Jarrod Rutan (Chelsea), Christopher Crumley, Dakota Crumley, Ashley Rutan, Adam Rutan, Alex Rutan (Courtney), Natalie Smithberger (Daniel) and Annamarie Peterman; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Jeremiah, Jacob, Paisley, Vivia, Jonah, Athena, Brysen, Benjamin, Simon and Charlotte; and her cousin Peggy McDermitt (Betty Knief). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
