Charlotte H. Gorton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte H. Gorton of Woodstock, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte H. Gorton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Holycross and Mildred Holycross (Coe); her great grandchild Blake; and her siblings, Betty Stockman and Melvin Holycross.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Mike F. Gorton (Rhonda) of Woodstock, Cindy A. Pallini (Paul) of Medina and Gary W. Gorton (Laurie) of Woodstock; her grandchildren, Todd Gorton (Allison), Brad Gorton (Brittney), Brian Pallini, John Pallini (Amy), Cari Pallini, Whitney Crye (Mike), Tucker Gorton (Theresa) and Kiefer Gorton (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Grace, Jack, Frank, Dominic, Vivienne, Olive, Eloise and Tillie; her siblings, Floyd Holycross (Helen) and Kay Strobel (Dave); and her sister-in-law Gracie Holycross. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home (975 N Maple St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Ohio's Loving Care Hospice, or the Union County Foundation for the Blake Gorton Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
