He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Mozena and Dorothy Bauer Mozena; his son Michael Mozena; and his brother Charles E. "Sonny" Mozena. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Smothers Mozena; his daughter Michelle Christman; his grandchildren, Chloe, Samuel and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Raelyn, Sydnee and Jackson; and his children-in-law, Randall Christman and Jennipher Mozena. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John's UCC, 51705 German Ridge Road, Powhatan PT, OH 43942.
