He is survived by: his wife Janet Durham; his sons, Jordan Durham and Michael Durham; his stepdaughters, Lakota Speakman (Kyrie), Casey Pickenpaugh and Lynsey Schumacher; his siblings, Becky Duelley (Steve), Tom Durham (Debbie) and Beth Durham; and his grandchildren, Madelyn Rose Durham and Mac Schumacher.
