She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brock and Mary Kimple Brock; her husband Hershal Otis Smith; and her brothers, Raymond and Larry Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Hershal Daniel Smith (Karen) of Woodsfield, OH, Jennifer Denbow (Daniel) of Woodsfield, OH and Mary Smith (Corey Ullom) of St. Clairsville, OH; her grandchildren, Skyler Smith, Nicky Denbow, Jaxton Denbow, Hailey Ullom and Nicholas Daniel Smith; and her great grandchild Jerzi Smith.
