He was predeceased by: his parents, William Libby and Mozarta Libby; and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Rich Libby (Jeannie) of Villa Rica, Kim Libby of Woodsfield, Kelly Kindle (Larry) of Woodsfield, Beth Seneff (Kurt) of Barnesville and Stacey Libby of Woodsfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
