He is survived by: his wife Luella Mayberry Burkhart; his children, Tammy Graham (Randy) of Lewisville, Kelly VanDyne (Jeffrey) of Beallsville, Ohio, Terry Burkhart (Etta) of Jerusalem and Daniel Burkhart (Odeta) of Woodsfield, Ohio; and his sisters, Kay Robb of Barnesville and Charlotte Morris of Colorado. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
