He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller Young of Woodsfield; his children, Tina Thomas of Woodsfield, Trever Slevin of Woodfield, Tracey Slevin of Woodsfield, Terrie O'Neal of South Carolina and Tonya Allison of Antioch; and his sisters, Iris Hartshorn of Lewisville, Carol Dougherty of Freeport and Virginia Caivano of Salem. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
