She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Ralph and Florence Hebb Smith; and her sons, Joel and Randy. She is survived by: her children, Alan Cruse (Joyce) of Woodsfield, Kathy Coffey (John) of Woodsfield, Bonnie Allen and Tammie Platz. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
