She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Arick and Adeline Graham Arick; her husband Curtis Stephens (Sharkey); and her siblings, Jacob Arick, Lois Perkins, Kathleen Wittenbrook, Vivian Gallagher and Patricia Douglass.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Stephens of Woodsfield, Roger Stephens (Holly) of Dover and David Stephens (Kristal) of Woodsfield; her brother William Arick of Quaker City; and her grandchildren, Jordan Stephens (Alesa), Trent Stephens (Emma McCoy), Kayley Nardo (Sam) and Lydia Stephens. She is also survived by two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
