He is survived by: his wife Sue Dailey Hooper; his sons, Kurt Hooper (Renee) of Antioch and Todd Hooper (Missy) of Antioch, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brock Price, Levi, Erica, Brittany and Jarett Hooper. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
