He is survived by: his wife Betty Kay Saffell McGarry of Woodsfield; his children, Frank McGarry Jr. of Sardis, John McGarry (Diane) of Zanesville, Cindy Parden (Bill) of Woodsfield and Marsha McGarry of Bridgeport; and his brother James McGarry (Ted) of Stewartsville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
