He is survived by: his parents, Garry Cecil and Vana Gardner Cecil of Lewisville, Ohio.; his wife Dana Cecil of Woodsfield; his children, Cody Cecil (Neilie Dimmerling), Toby Cecil (Chloe Sams), Savannah Cecil of Woodsfield and Brendon Gioia (Monica) of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cade Cecil and Ares Gioia; and his brothers, Titus Cecil (Heather) of Lewisville, Lee Cecil (Viktorija) of Cincinnati, Jesse Cecil (Alicia) of Graysville and Michael Cecil (Kayla) of Pomeroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
