She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Gordon Smith and Gypsy Jeffreys Smith; her husband James F. Given; her daughter Leisa Copley; and her sister Martha McCauley.
She is survived by: her son Gordon Lee "Chuck" Given of Woodsfield; her siblings, Harold Smith (Shirley) of Detroit, Dottie May of Morgantown, W. Va, Kathy Clark (Fred) of Morgantown and W. Va; her son-in-law Charles Copley (Janice) of Bethesda; her grandchildren, Stacey Copley of Columbus, James Copley (Crystal) of Tracy, Nate Kidd (Kindra) of St. George and Erin Given of Columbus; and her great grandchild Kennedy Kidd of St. George. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
