He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bunting and Minnie Violet Bunting (Green); and his siblings, Orris Bunting, Shirley Tuttle and Wilma Morris.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Bryan Bunting (Valerie) of Columbus, Yvonne Nalley (Kerry) of Woodsfield and Robbie Bunting of Woodsfield; his grandchildren, Ryan Bunting (Heather), Chelsea Bunting of Columbus, Kara, Kole Nalley of Woodsfield, Blake and Layla Bunting of Belmont; and his great grandchild Ophelia Grace Bunting of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and their families and friends.
