He is survived by: his parent Elsie Gay Williams (Hudkins); his daughter Lisa Nippert (Doug) of Clarington, OH; his siblings, Freda Babyak, Mary Ann Blue, Marvin Williams and Nelson Williams; and his grandchildren, Alli Childers and Brian Salisbury.
