She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garrett and Jessie Davis Garrett; her former husband Joe Brooks; her husband Paul Hinderlong; her daughter Monica Long; and her siblings, Wayne, Fred Garrett, Eleanor Stegner, Letha Landefeld, Kathryn Moore and Helen Bullock.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Brannon (Dwight) of Woodsfield, Ohio, Becky Bott (Carey) of Woodsfield, Ohio and Charlie Brooks (Kay) of Woodsfield, Ohio; her son-in-law Bill Long of Woodsfield; and her grandchildren, Lori Ring (Andy), Doug Brannon, Corey Bott (Jamie), Casey Bott (Natalie), Joe Long, Amy Griffin (Brian) and J. C. Brooks.
