He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Kerr and Mary E. Kessler Kerr; his daughter Stacy E. Kerr Zimish; and his siblings, Hannah Means, Audrey Kerr, Norman Kerr and Walter Foust.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Penn Kerr; his children, Tom Kerr (Shannon) and Lisa Vodvarka (James); his sister Edie Kerr; his grandchildren, James Michael, Kristina (Dakota), Kelsey Vodvarka (John-Blair), Mary Agresta (Robbie), Zachary, Allie, Zane Zimish and Tanner Kerr; and his great grandchildren, Gianna Vodvarka and Lincoln Stone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953).
