He is survived by: his wife Roberta Palmer Shanley; his children, Cynthia Beinkampen (Pete) of Louisville, KY, Jeff Shanley (Melissa) of Bloomingdale, OH and Lisa Shanley (David) of Steubenville; his sister-in-law Carol Schmidt of Pineville, NC; his grandchildren, Justin, Jenna, Stacey and Jay; his great grandchild Carter; his brother John Shanley (Jane) of Steubenville; his pet Jake; and also Sis Brandenburg.
