He was predeceased by: his parents, William Houser and Helen Stultz Houser; his significant other Delores J. Houser; and his sisters, Helen E. Shannon and Dorothy Stojack.
He is survived by: his close friend William Houser Jr. (Lisa) of Wintersville; his daughters, Terry Costantini (Michael) of Murrels Inlet, SC and Barbara Hukill (Philip) of Wintersville; and his grandchildren, Michael Costantini, Brian Costantini, Melissa Almonte (Lou), Kelly Costantini, Mitchell Hukill and Megan Hukill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
