Chappell Jr. (Wintersville, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn B. Howard Chappell; and his siblings, Lawrence Chappell and Minnie Batting. He is survived by: his children, Ronald W. Chappell (Mary) of Rock Island, IL, Gary L. Chappell (Marilyn) of Maryville, TN, Bruce H. Chappell (Kathryn) of Winchester, VA and Carol E. Chappell (Jeff Whiteman) of Columbus, OH; and his sisters, Donna Grimm of Columbus, OH and Dora Forden of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
