Virginia Kay Ingram Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Kay Ingram of Wintersville, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack E. Ingram, Sr. and Martha L. Blackburn (Howell); her son Robert "Robbie" Millhorn, Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Diane Ingram and Thomas Fletcher Ingram.

She is survived by: her son Christopher Millhorn (Heather) of Meadville, PA; and her siblings, Carolyn Boyd (Ron) of Canton, Jack E. "Ernie" Ingram, Jr. (Jennifer) of Richmond, David Ingram of East Liverpool and Randy Ingram (Cindy) of Irondale.

Also surviving are three grandchildren: Emma, MacKenzie, and Johnathon; several nieces and nephews; and the father of her sons, Robert "Bob" Millhorn, Sr. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the Wellsville First Christian Church officiating.
