She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zadzilko and Mary Popko Kuczynski Zadzilko; her husband Peter Julio; and her siblings, Mike, Lammy, Bronislaw Kuczynski, Lottie Gaudio, Helen Haraczy and Anna Zorbini.
She is survived by: her sons, David Julio of Mt. Gretna, PA and Paul Julio of Wintersville; and her siblings, Walter Zadzilko of Follansbee, Millie Surgenor of Steubenville and Mary Marracino of Gilbert, AZ..
