Rupert (Wintersville, Ohio), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Nelson and Nellie V. Currance Nelson; her husband William C. Rupert; and her siblings, William, Joseph, John, Donald Nelson and Donna Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward C. Rupert (Shirley Elaine) of Atlanta, GA, Charles Rupert of Wintersville and William Howard Rupert (Cheryl Lynn) of Wintersville; her grandchildren, Mike Rupert (Bethany), Michelle McGinnis (David), Kenny Rupert (Amanda), Char Montgomery (C. J.) and Morgan Rupert; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Aubrey, Reese, Finley, Isabelle, Lilliana, Kennedy and Liam.
