It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley J. Williams of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Kowalski and Alice Kato Kowalski; her husband Edward "Ed" Williams; her daughter Brenda L. Kish; her grandson Joey Kish; and her brother Frank Kowalski.

She is survived by : her children, Edward Williams II, Sherrie Rogers, Gail Flanigan and Melanie Lynn Petrella. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
