Williams of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kowalski and Alice Kato Kowalski; her husband Edward "Ed" Williams; her daughter Brenda L. Kish; her grandson Joey Kish; and her brother Frank Kowalski.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Williams II, Sherrie Rogers, Gail Flanigan and Melanie Lynn Petrella. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
