We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, at the age of 72, Sheila D. Dowdell of Wintersville, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Banks and Hildreth Ketler Banks; and her sister Cheryl Banks. She is survived by: her husband James M. Dowdell; her sons, Jim Dowdell of Wintersville and Jason Dowdell (Pamela Haught) of Wintersville; and her pets, Abby and Sophie.

Memorial contributions can be made to Blessed Sacrament or The Salvation Army.
