She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Downen and Eleanor Downen (Byers); her husband John Robert "Bob" Shook; and her siblings, Ronald Downen and Debbie Jo Downen.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Keith Shook (Suzie) of Toronto, Kevin R. Shook of Wintersville and Kelli Lyn Shook (Gary Hill) of Richmond; and her brother Rick Downen (Ann) of Toronto. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
