She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Downing and Agnes May Mitchell Downing; her husband Robert E. Wallace, Jr.; and her brothers, Roger, Norman, Clarence and Bob Downing.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Wallace (Sharon) of Wintersville and James Wallace (Dawn) of Cincinnati, OH.; and her grandchildren, Rob Wallace (Kristen), Jamie Leinberger (Todd), Nathan and Aaron Strait. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
