She was predeceased by: her parents, John Costantini and Anna Newburn Costantini; her sons, Allen and Buddy Lee Brake; her brother Mahlie Costantini; and her son-in-law Jerry Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Ermine "Bud" Brake; her children, John Brake of Wintersville and Anna Cook of Wintersville; her sisters, Marilyn Youngblood (Michael) of Tampa, FL and Jean Seigler (Clyde) of Coraopolis, PA; her grandchildren, Julie Constantine (Joe), Jamie Lyn Moore (Jake), Misty Smith (Dalton), Johnnie and Brianna; and her great grandchild Gunner Constantine.
