He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louis, Frank Jr., Paul, William, Ray Prolago, Isabelle Bengier, Virginia Smogonovich, Madalyn Frascketti, Jeanette Bracciale and Anna Stirpe.

He is survived by: his wife Penny Prolago (Stupelli); his children, Robert Shaun Prolago and Lisa Anne Carmichael (Bobby); and his sisters, Helen Sciaretti and Mary Reeves (Bun Bun).
