He was predeceased by: his brother Fred Maxwell (Paullette); his stepfather Arvel Flanagan; and his brother-in-law Bob Volsky. He is survived by: his wife Cleona Mae Maxwell (Flanagan); his sons, Bobby Maxwell (Vickie), Christopher Maxwell (Lynnette) and Joey Maxwell (Jodie); his siblings, Cheryl Spears (Phillip), Rose Cruse (Floyd), Pamela Volsky and Mark Maxwell; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Trevor, Abby, Luke, Kristie (Shaun), Emmah and William; his great grandchildren, Carson and Gracie Brandon; and his pet Jade. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
